General Terms and Conditions M+ Subject and Scope of the General Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to M+, Mongolia's fastest growing self-service e-book and digital magazine store and Newsstand!

   “Ayud” Building, 14th Floor, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (thereafter “M+”) operates a platform for mobile reading via mobile applications - so called “M+” - (thereafter platform). Within this scope, content providers supply e-books and digital magazines to M+ platform for readers to either read for free or purchase and read on their respective smart devices. This enables you to read and purchase e-books and digital magazines and read them on your mobile device within the shortest amount of time and regardless of of your location.

2. Access to, browsing of the M+ website, Internet services and mobile device apps ("App") are subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. Creating an account with M+ ("we", "us") or otherwise using any M+ or M+ related service or App will signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Woovoo LLC. and affiliates. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. THESE TERMS CONTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF M+, SO PLEASE READ THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. M+ reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the website, service or M+ related app, if you do not comply with this agreement. The M+ website, Internet services and mobile device apps collectively constitute the "Service". This Service is owned and operated by Woovoo LLC. The Service includes the website www.m-book.mn and the App that provides you the capability to read free e-books and digital magazines, purchase the new contents, books, news and magazine and publication related content (collectively known as "Publications") and to have these digital versions of the Publications accessible to purchase.

3. Use of the platform (including Apps) shall be exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions.

4. No special contractual text is intended for the contract regarding platform use. The content of the contract concluded between you and M+ follows these general terms and conditions as well as the information provided during the process of registration.

5. By registering and/or using the M+ services, you accept the use and application of these terms and conditions.

6. M+ shall retain the right to change individual clauses with effect for the future. If we do not obtain your specific consent for a terms and conditions amendment, you will be timely informed of any changes to the terms and conditions (at least four weeks prior to the effective date of the amended terms). For this purpose, M+ will send you the new version of the terms and conditions to the email address you provided during registration. In this context, M+ will notify you explicitly regarding the opportunity and objection period against the changes as well as about the consequences of an omitted objection.

7. Certain portions of the Service are available only to individuals who have registered with and obtained a password from M+. By registering with M+, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. While registering with M+, you should provide true and accurate data which includes that of your e-mail address, personal details, payment account number, etc. The accountability for maintaining and updating this data lies solely with you. M+ reserves the right for terminating the account for untrue or inaccurate data at any time if found or proved. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account information rests entirely with you. You agree to immediately notify M+ of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

8. M+ software applications and contents shall be licensed to you within the scope of the contractual use. Without prior written or authorized permission from M+, you should not modify, copy, distribute or sell any content obtained from M+ as everything published here is the proprietary property of M+ or its licensors. As such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including copyright and trademark laws, M+ strictly prohibits these and will terminate your access and account if any such illegal activity is proved or detected. You should also stand liable for the damages caused by these unauthorized activities. Except as permitted by the Publication's lawful owner, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading Publications accessed through the Service. Except as explicitly required under copyright law or permitted by the features of the Service you may not modify, reverse engineer, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works of, or in any way commercially exploit or provide to a third party the content of the App, the Publications, or any portion of them without the express permission of M+ and the owner of such content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of M+ or M+'s licensors.

9. If you are using a free service, M+ shall be allowed to show you advertisement on the platform.

10. A registration with M+ is necessary for using M+’s services.

11. Registration itself is free (Free Account) and does not obligate to enter into a subscription.

12. You can use your email address and a self-determined password for registration.

13. The used password shall be kept confidential. You are solely and to the full-extent responsible for keeping it confidential. You are the only person entitled to use your M+ user account. M+ shall be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of the user account as well as any suspicion thereof.

14. You may register via email address or log-in through a so called social-connect service (e.g. Facebook-connect).

15. Registration and/or log-in via social-connect establishes a free contract between M+ and you regarding the use of the M+ platform.

16. You will maintain and promptly update that information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including the selection and use of all content and services.

17. All information necessary for registration shall be made complete and accurate and shall be kept up-to-date at all times.

18. These Terms and Conditions and the other rules, guidelines, licenses and disclaimers posted on the Service (on the M+ website or M+ Apps) constitute the entire agreement between M+ and you with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms shall be governed by the statutes and laws of Mongolia.

19. From time to time, M+ may revise these Terms and Conditions to keep them up to date with M+ products and services. Please refer to the M+ website and M+ App periodically for any changes. The update date first written above is used to alert you to recent modifications. Your access or use of the Service subsequent to such an update will signify your assent to be bound by such changes.
